Sherwood Resorts & Hotels accepts that every child has the inherent right to life. Sherwood Resorts & Hotels shows maximum potential effort for the survival and development of a child.
Sherwood Resorts & Hotels recognizes the right of every child who has the ability to form his/her opinions to express his concerns, appropriate for his/her age or maturity level, freely on every subject provided that necessary attention is given. For that purpose, the opportunity to be listened directly or by an appropriate post or a representative, in line with the rules of national law procedure, is especially given to the child in case of any legal proceeding or administrative proceeding.
Sherwood Resorts & Hotels respects a child’s freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. Parents or, if needed, legal guardians respect their rights and duties on the subject of guiding the child in the use of his/her rights compatible with the development of his/her abilities. One’s freedom of expressing his religion or beliefs, provided it is envisaged and needed by law, can only be restricted by public security or order, health, morality, or for protecting others’ fundamental rights and freedoms.
Sherwood Resorts & Hotels is aware that any intervention cannot be done arbitrarily or unfairly to the child’s private life, residence, and communication, and an attack cannot be carried out on his honour or reputation. A child has the right to be protected by law for these kinds of interventions or attacks.

Sherwood Resorts & Hotels takes every possible precaution, including legal, social, and educational characteristics in an appropriate procedure described in international treaties, with the intention of protecting children from illegal use of drugs and psychotropic substances and preventing the use of children for these substances’ illegal production and trafficking.

For that purpose, it takes every necessary precaution on an international level and bilateral or multilateral relations for the purpose of preventing children from being deceived or forced into an illegal sexual activity and preventing exploitation of children by making them participate in an illegal sexual activity or prostitution, being used in pornographic shows and materials.

Sherwood Resorts & Hotels is a part of children’s rights and the child’s rights protection policy for all employees to provide initial orientation training and executive agencies when given with child abuse in periodic education and cultural establishments, which requires the necessity to report to the appropriate provincial police officers.
